Discovery Call

30 minutes, free. You tell me how work actually moves through your organization. I listen for the patterns — where things get stuck, duplicated, or dependent on one person's memory. You'll walk away with initial observations whether or not we work together.

Workflow Assessment

If a deeper look makes sense, we do a full assessment. 60-minute deep-dive, written report with bottleneck analysis and prioritized recommendations, plus a walkthrough call. $750 flat. The deliverable is yours — no strings.

Groundwork

If your assessment reveals a systems gap, I design and build the fix. Process redesign, custom tools, automation — whatever the operation actually needs. The system, the code, and the documentation are yours. You operate it. No vendor lock-in, no recurring dependency on me.
